The Start

They used to circulate excel spreadsheets to their 1000+ contacts via email. Then there were weekly, monthly, and quarterly follow-ups. The respondents are usually the higher-ups who have little to no time to spare to make manual entries onto the excel sheets. Plus, the sheets were not easy-to-fill at all. They were lengthy and the response was hard-to-track. 

We chose to reformat the entire process at MArketMeter and offer a digital solution. We started building a platform that could centralize all the oncoming data, analyze it, and deliver interactive insights. MEAN stack & React Native served as the core technology for the product

We divided the project into three phases and in each phase, we focused on the different aspects of the financial parameters.

We developed an easy-to-use digital survey platform for the web using the MEAN stack.

We developed a mobile app for MarketerMeter for Android/iOS app in React Native.

Established a centralized data for admin to gain real-time insights on the user’s survey status.

MarketMeter needed to digitize its survey collection

We selected MEAN stack & React Native as the core technology for the product and synced both web & mobile. The survey form has seven steps. The user is shown one step at one time, and all the parts are auto-saved.

MarketMeter lacked a Centralization System for data

We started building a platform that could centralize all the oncoming data and measure them to deliver digital insights. It offered the admin a centralized view of all the data feeds and user activity flow. This highly eliminated any chance of human error.
